E&S Care Devices was founded in 2011 as E&S Solutions after our Owner and Director David Savage identified a way to help the care sector work better.
David was inspired to help after seeing first-hand how old and outdated work systems were preventing care staff and managers from working efficiently. He was also aware of how poor customer service and inadequate after-sales support were making day-to-day operations more challenging for those working in the industry.
So, David used his knowledge of telecoms and the latest technology to offer reliable, easy-to-use communications devices and other technology that enables care providers to deliver the best service they can for the people they care for.
Our clients also notice cost savings thanks to the time they save by using systems that work as they’re supposed to and having access to trusted customer support from our UK-based in-house team. We’re proud to be known for our fast, reliable and personal service.

Owner and Director
As the Owner and Director of E&S Care Devices and our sister company Emery & Savage Consultancy, David leads every aspect of our operations with a hands-on approach.
With more than 20 years’ experience in telecoms and business management, he’s skilled at identifying new areas of business and products that will support our clients to work better. Plus, he understands the care sector and the importance of technology in helping providers to deliver a high standard of care.
David is focused on building strong teams and lasting partnerships, and on delivering technology that makes a real difference for our customers and the people they care for.

Samantha Cooper
Senior Account Manager for E&S Care Devices
Samantha manages everything from customer service to device set-up and staff support. Her role is all about making sure our clients and their care teams have what they need to provide high-quality care.
Whether she’s helping to set up new equipment, answering questions from staff or making sure our clients feel heard and supported, Samantha makes the process smooth and stress-free.
She’s always a friendly voice at the end of the phone or via email for our customers or our team.

Victoria Savage
Senior Account Manager for Business Utilities and Telecoms
With a background in the telecoms sector spanning more than two decades, she’s skilled at delivering technology for companies of different sizes that matches both their budgets and their specific needs.
As well as telecoms, Victoria helps our clients to secure the best rates for their energy contracts, and she’s recently expanded into waste management services. Her focus is on simplifying essential services so our customers can focus on growing their businesses.
