With our hardware rentals service, we’ll supply your team with modern Android handsets and tablets that are fully set up and ready to go the moment they’re switched on. We work with software providers to cover the parts of the process your care home might need support with, and we’ll ensure your required applications are installed before delivery.

Our handsets and tablets are designed for care teams to easily make detailed care recordings, access information and carry out care assessments. This vital equipment will enable your staff to make the most of the time they have available to focus on what they do best: providing high-quality care for your residents.

Based in Crewe, Cheshire, we supply our devices to care providers across mainland Britain, and cover is included for replacement devices. Replacements are dispatched on the same working day if the fault is reported before 1pm, or are sent out within one working day if reported after 1pm. That means you’ll have the peace of mind that you won’t need to source replacements yourself.

Plus, you’ll have your own dedicated account manager who will know your business, help with any issues and manage any device swaps you might need.

  • Free swapping of faulty devices across mainland Britain, regardless of the fault.* Replacements are dispatched on the same working day if the fault is reported before 1pm, or are sent out within one working day if reported after 1pm.

  • Devices tailored for your business, such as screen backgrounds.
  • Weekly reports of hardware that hasn’t been logged into your system for more than two days.
  • 24-month fixed-price contract.

Our hardware rental prices

You’ll get all the above for a fixed monthly price of £9.83 plus VAT per handset or £12.50 plus VAT per tablet.

*All replacement devices will be swapped either on the same day or next working day, but a fixed fee may apply if the fault is caused by user damage. All warranty issues are free of charge.
